Spiti Circuit Tour 2024
As a child, I found pure joy in drawing. I would get lost in the details, hyper-focused on perfecting each stroke before stepping back to see how it all came together. The process fascinated me—how a simple idea could evolve into something visually compelling.
That passion soon moved from sketchbooks to screens. I began exploring digital tools, transitioning from static art to interactive experiences. I wasn’t just creating anymore—I was making things people could engage with.
Throughout my childhood, I drew sceneries for school exhibits, which transitioned into building websites, and crafted logos and photoshoots for friends and friends of friends during my adulthood. These scattered creative pursuits unknowingly shaped my future. In early 2018, everything aligned—I got paid for doing what I loved. What once was a hobby turned into a career, and to this day, I consider myself incredibly fortunate for that.
The transition from sketching on paper to designing interactive experiences fascinated me—what once was a hobby became a way to shape how people engage with the digital world.
If I were to document everything that followed, it would probably fill a book. But for now, here’s the short version:
I moved cities because I knew that to do my best work, I had to be where the best work was happening. Before making that leap, I landed my first creative designer role at BoxOut Studio and worked there until the end of 2022.
Then came Hyderabad—a city that shaped my career in more ways than I could have imagined. I moved into a cramped 2BHK with eight friends, working on freelance gigs while figuring out my next steps. Soon, I took on a senior creative designer role, pushing my skills even further.
A year later, I made another move—this time to Gurgaon. Each city, each experience, and each challenge shaped me, exposing me to different cultures, perspectives, and ways of thinking.
I’ve had the privilege of working across industries—healthcare, banking, agriculture, automotive, education, and more. Every project, every collaboration, and every mentor I met along the way influenced how I see and approach design today.
But the biggest lesson? Design is more than aesthetics—it’s the study of people. Trends come and go, but the essence of what we create should always evolve to serve the people using it.
Over time, my focus shifted from just creating beautiful interfaces to understanding the people behind the screens—because great design isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about making technology feel intuitive and human.
The best designers aren’t just artists; they are strategists, researchers, and cultural observers. I’ve been lucky to work with some of the best—strategists who think beyond the obvious, researchers who uncover human insights, and operators who make it all come to life. Their influence has shaped my craft and allowed me to see the bigger picture.
For the past six years, I’ve been privileged to design and launch great products—not just as a designer, but as a leader. I’ve grown beyond pixels and prototypes to build and nurture creative teams. Together, we’ve launched digital and physical products while fostering a culture where designers from diverse backgrounds come together to do the best work of their lives.
If you’ve made it this far and want to connect, I’d love to chat. Whether it’s about design, creativity, or career growth, I’m always open to new conversations.
